James is the Plumbing Engineering Discipline Leader and Technical Authority for Plumbing Engineering serving the healthcare and mission-critical market sectors at Environmental Systems Design Inc. in Chicago. He went to the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he majored in mechanical engineering and has been a registered Professional Engineer in Illinois since June 2007.
