Justin B. Duncan, P.E., has been closely involved for the last several years with the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and storm drainage systems designs for the Central Artery/Tunnel project in the City of Boston. Mr. Duncan holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Light Industry Technical Institute in Romania and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Massachusetts and a Certified Energy Manager with the Association of Energy Engineers. Mr. Duncan is an active faculty member and fire protection lecturer at Northeastern University’s Center for Continuing Education.
