Zurn Water Solutions Corp., formerly known as Rexnord Corp., has announced that it completed the previously announced spinoff of its Process & Motion Control (PMC) business in a Reverse Morris Trust transaction.
The remaining Water Management platform is now a standalone business under the name Zurn Water Solutions Corp.

In conjunction with the new name, Zurn Water Solutions launched a new company website (ZurnWaterSolutions.com) and social properties.
