WQA Issues Call for 2022 Convention & Exposition Speakers

The Water Quality Association invites potential speakers to submit proposals for education sessions for the 2022 WQA Convention & Exposition on April 6-8, 2022, in Orlando. The convention theme is “Impact.”

Convention education sessions cover technical topics related to point-of-use/point-of-entry water treatment and business operations topics appropriate for small or family-owned businesses. Potential presenters are invited to suggest topics that have resonated with them, products or procedures they have found useful, or topics with which they have a certain expertise.

“The most relevant and timely ideas usually come from people actually working in the water treatment industry every day,” said Tanya Lubner, PhD, WQA’s Professional Certification & Training Director. “Not only are the topics on point, but these instructors relate well to their audience.”

When selecting the speakers, WQA will give preference to WQA members and to registered exhibitors and sponsors. The sessions cannot contain references to specific products or overtly promote a speaker’s products or services.

Proposals are due by October 15, 2021, and must be submitted online using WQA’s form and guidelines. Questions can be directed to [email protected].
