Watts to Host Static Balancing Webinar

On July 30 at 11 a.m. EDT, Watts will present a one-hour webinar called “iDROSET: The New Generation in Static Balancing.” Energy costs can be up to 25 percent higher in an unbalanced hydronic heating and cooling system, but hydraulic balancing can be complex, time-consuming, and require a highly skilled installer, especially in large commercial buildings. This webinar will discuss different types of balancing valves, the typical circuit-setter balancing process, and how to speed up that process without sacrificing flow-set accuracy.

The webinar will be presented by Jim Erhardt, Hydronic Product Specialist at Watts. Jim has more than 40 years of diverse experience in the hydronic industry. He began in product management at Watts in 2007, leading the development of patented new products including the AS-MB air separator, RBFF service valve, and TWH Gen II tankless water heater service valves. Jim is also an experienced trainer and a certified instructor for the ASSE 19210 Hydronics Heating and Cooling Installer certification course.

Throughout the live webinar, Watts will give away Watts portable tailgate coolers to participants who are the first to correctly answer one of the pop-up quiz questions.
