The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Names RWC Winner of Metro Atlanta Top Workplaces 2021 Award

RWC named 2021 Top Work Places by The Atlanta Journal-ConstitutionRWC has been honored with a Metro Atlanta Top Workplaces 2021 Award by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC). This was the company’s first time applying for a spot on the Top Workplaces list, which is solely based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey, and is the first time the company is being honored.

The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few, according to the AJC’s award submission form. RWC received top scores in three areas: execution, open-mindedness, and innovation.

“This honor is a testament to the culture and company values not just in Atlanta but at every RWC location,” said Lauren Buchbinder, Vice President of Human Resources, Americas. “We all are connected by our company values, and that shared passion manifests in the sense of community we’ve built even during the challenges of the pandemic.”

RWC continuously builds a sense of open-mindedness and innovation through employee recognition programs like Colleague of the Quarter, community volunteer opportunities, social events, and more. It has also established a Diversity and Inclusion Committee to oversee efforts to attract, retain, and develop an inclusive workforce, making it easier for colleagues to bring their whole selves to work.
