Reliance Worldwide Corp. announces that Will Kilpatrick has been confirmed to the role of Executive Vice President and President of the Americas region. Will has served in this role in an interim capacity since September 2022.
Will joined RWC in 2018 in a corporate development and strategy role. Having led the work program for the acquisition of John Guest, he relocated from the U.S. to the UK for two years and was a member of the EMEA region leadership team with responsibility for strategy, M&A, and product functions. Since his return to the U.S., Will has been a member of the Americas leadership team responsible for the fulfillment team and operational program, which includes the integration of EZFlo.
RWC Group Chief Executive Officer, Heath Sharp, said that Will’s strong financial, strategic, and commercial experience meant he was ideally suited to lead the Americas region.
“Over the past five years at RWC, Will has clearly demonstrated his strategic acumen, commercial strengths, and leadership abilities. These strengths have also been demonstrated while he has been leading the Americas region in an interim capacity. I am very pleased to confirm his appointment to lead the Americas region,” Heath Sharp said.
Will’s experience prior to joining RWC has included investment banking, private equity, and management consulting roles and, more recently, strategy, corporate development, and finance roles with a marketing company and a live entertainment technology business. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University and a Master of Business Administration from Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
