Rheem and Ruud Hosted International Partners in Las Vegas

Rheem® and Ruud® hosted more than 5,000 key partners from the HVAC industry at the 2022 Pro Partner™ International Conference from March 7–10. The event, held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, was themed “Pro Powered” and spearheaded by Rheem’s Global Air Division.

The conference was led by industry experts and spanned two days each for Ruud and Rheem respectively. The agenda included top speakers on training and product innovation, breakout sessions on topics such as digital marketing and product showcases, special appearances by major celebrities, and live entertainment.

“This was our largest event to date and included attendees from around the world,” said Mike Branson, President, Global Air. “This year we wanted to inspire our partners to learn more about growing their businesses and increasing profitability while providing actionable takeaways for their businesses.”

Additionally, with 2023 efficiency regulations slated to be released soon, both the Ruud and Rheem product development teams shared insights on the new HVAC product platform, including the reimagined PlusOnes with features technicians will appreciate and the comfort and performance their customers are seeking.

“I left the conference with knowledge on new regulations, tips for future-proofing business, and notes on how to enhance profitability and boost marketing efforts,” said Vanessa Ferrara, Co-Pwner, Ferrara’s Air, Inc.

Rheem and Ruud also shared details about the new Recruitment Support Program Powered by MilitaryHire, which connects veterans of America’s armed forces, military spouses and immediate family members with Pro Partners looking to hire.

The Pro Partner International Conference will return in 2025, Rheem’s 100th anniversary year. To learn more about becoming a Pro Partner, visit rheem.com/become-a-pro.
