PHCPPros to Kick Off New Webinar Series with HGA

PHCPPros announces the new PHCPPros Special Webinar Series to keep its readers educated and engaged in the face of COVID-19. The series will allow readers to log on each week and learn something new from plumbing, heating, cooling, and piping professionals.

The webinars will cover a range of topics, from COVID-19 and working from home to plumbing design and clean energy. The first webinar takes place Monday, April 20, at 2:00 p.m. (CDT) and will feature speakers from HGA Architects and Engineers.

HGA has been a part of several COVID-19 temporary facility projects over the past four weeks. This work includes facility conditions assessment, patient bed surge analysis, temporary care facilities for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and a prefabricated modular solution that is being implemented across the country.

Cory Powers, CPD, Jill Imig, PE, EDAC, and Kyle Weisman will present on “COVID-19 Temporary Facilities and Surge Analysis.” Powers is an engineering principal with a background in mechanical design, having specialized in plumbing, medical gas, and fire protection systems. Imig has vast experience in the design of plumbing systems for healthcare, corporate, and educational buildings. Weisman leverages his strong leadership skills, technical background, and healthcare experience to lead client, architectural, engineering, consultants, and construction teams and deliver innovative design solutions that make positive impacts.

Registration is free and available at bit.ly/3ajPOdK.
