Learn About the History of Indoor Plumbing Design at LIXIL’s Free Webinar

On April 25 at 1 p.m. EDT, LIXIL is presenting “Period Detailing—The History of Indoor Plumbing Design,” a one-hour webinar offering 0.1 CEU. This informative and useful course will focus on the period detailing and the impact of plumbing on bathroom design. Period detailing specifics will explore the impact that indoor plumbing has had on society and bathroom design. The Classic Era Victorian, Pre-War Era Art Deco, Modern Era Mid Century, and Contemporary Era Post Modern periods will be explored in detail.

After completion of the webinar, attendees will:

  • Understand the different design eras influenced by technology and different materials
  • Understand the future of where we are going on safety, performance, conservation, and style in regards to plumbing
  • Understand the impact that indoor plumbing has had on our society and bathroom design
  • Understand the impact of ergonomics and performance on bathroom design

Presenter Gray Uhl is a National Trainer with LIXIL Americas. During his 50-year career, Gray has been involved with the development of more than 1,000 residential and commercial plumbing products. In his current role, Gray provides educational experiences and training for customers, specifiers, employees, and influencers.
