Jomar Valve is pleased to announce the latest addition to its balancing valve product line—the RecircSetter™.
The RecircSetter™ is a field-adjustable thermostatic balancing valve for hot water recirculation system applications. Made of corrosion-resistant lead free alloy, it utilizes a thermostatic balancing cartridge that eliminates the need for pressure ports and allows the valve to balance on temperature rather than pressure or flow. It is certified to NSF 61 and NSF 371 for use in potable hot water systems.
The RecircSetter™ comes standard with a thermostatic balancing cartridge and drywell thermometer with a desired balancing temperature range from 95°F to 140°F, and can be equipped with an optional thermostatic disinfection cartridge for thermal disinfection treatment at a fixed temperature of 160°F. It’s the perfect balancing solution to achieve uniform hot water at all fixtures regardless of branch location.

We listened to what designers were looking for in the field, which led us to develop a product that can be thermostatically adjusted in the field, in addition to the assembly options that allow easier installs for contractors. The RecircSetter™ is available in six different models with various configurations. Options include:
