Johnstown Golf Outing to Be Held August 3

ASPE’s Johnstown Chapter invites all industry professionals to its 21st annual golf outing at Windber Country Club in Salix, Pennsylvania (1392 Forest Hills Dr.) on August 3. The format of the golf outing shall be a four-man scramble, and the shotgun start is at 1:00 p.m. EDT. Participants are asked to be at their assigned golf cart by 12:45 to receive golf pro instructions.

Six holes are designated for individual skill prizes: long drives must be in the fairway; closest to the pin and longest putt must be on the green, not the fringe. All individuals are eligible to win and receive one skill prize. Hole #4 is designated as the “Plumber’s Pipe Wrench” special hole. Each player shall select and use the same club from tee to hole. That means every shot, including putting will be made with the same club. (Putters are not eligible on this hole.)

The $300 foursome or $75 individual price includes golf, a box lunch, beverages on the course, and prizes. Dinner will not be held. Sponsorships are available.
