IAPMO to Offer a Two-Part Webinar Series on the Water Demand Calculator in May

On May 12–13, IAPMO will host “The Water Demand Calculator Webinar: Understanding Its Application and Benefit,” a two-part, free webinar series that will explore the application of the Water Demand Calculator (WDC) as an alternative to Hunter’s Curve for estimating water supply demand for residential buildings.

On May 12 from 1–3 p.m. PDT, the presenters will review how to use the WDC, the technical benefits of using the calculator, and some of the latest upcoming trends/news in expanding the usage of this calculation tool. On May 13 from 1–3 p.m. PDT, the presenters will do an extensive review of the use of the WDC and apply the results it provides to determine pipe sizes for a multifamily dwelling (e.g., apartment). Participants will have a chance to see the presenters work through a real-life water distribution sizing problem and have an opportunity to ask questions along the way.

The webinars are free, and IAPMO CEUs will be issued. You can register at iapmolearn.org.
