GROHE Ranked One of the 2022 Best Workplaces in Europe™ by Great Place to Work®

Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, ranks GROHE, which is part of LIXIL, number 17 on its Best Workplaces in Europe list. The list is based on confidential data representing 1.4 million employees from over 3,000 companies across 37 countries in Europe.

“Being among the top 25 workplaces in Europe for the second year in a row is a huge honor. The renewed recognition is a great sign of commitment that all colleagues put in the course we take for our business and as a place to work. Together, as one team, we shape the foundation of our success, which is based on trust and continuous dialogue,” commented Jonas Brennwald, Leader of LIXIL EMENA and responsible for the GROHE brand.

High levels of respect, fairness, and well-being help create high-trust cultures. Ninety percent of employees at the Best Workplaces in Europe would strongly recommend their employer to family and friends, and an equal share believe the people they work with are willing to give extra to get their job done.

“During the last years we have accelerated our efforts to empower and enable everyone to create a work experience that balances professional and private lives. Being recognized among the Top 25 Workplaces in Europe is a great motivation to unabatedly continue all our efforts to further improve our workplace culture,” added Rachel Jones, Leader of HR Commercial, LIXIL EMENA.

“Congratulations to the Best Workplaces in Europe for putting the well-being of their employees first,” said Michael C. Bush, Global CEO of Great Place to Work®.

“During an incredibly challenging time for the region, these companies created equitable workplaces by providing flexibility and supporting their employees through strife. The Best Workplaces in Europe embody the mission of Great Place to Work® and are indeed making work great work For All,” Bush continued.
