In honor of World Engineering Day, DiscoverE released the results of the second annual Global Engineer Survey. More than 10,000 engineers, technicians, and technologists from around the world shared their thoughts and opinions on the future of engineering. According to the participants, the top four global challenge for engineers in the next 25 years are:
- Securing cyberspace
- Economical clean energy
- Sustaining land and oceans
- Sustainable and resilient infrastructure
