Early Bird Registration for PMI21 Ends August 6

After more than a year of online meetings and limited travel, networking and learning among the sun and surf will be a welcome respite for those attending the PMI21 Manufacturing Success Conference in San Diego on November 15–18. An exciting lineup of speakers will light up the PMI21 stage and screen, sharing expertise on topics ranging from culture, diversity, and leadership to the future of toilets.

Sitting on 44 acres of beachfront, Paradise Point Resort will provide PMI members with a lush, tropical setting as they interact and expand their professional skills. In between and after sessions, conference goers can explore the resort’s outdoor spaces, colorful gardens, and lagoons, and enjoy the scenic view of Mission Bay.

PMI Aspiring Leaders Program

The PMI Aspiring Leaders Program is a place where leading plumbing manufacturing professionals gain greater awareness of their leadership style and its impact on their organization and professional performance.

Through in-depth discussions with professional facilitators and mentors, participants discuss key issues leaders face, define their personal leadership narrative, and align their leadership values and strengths with their career goals and get the tools they need to take their career to the next level.

This year’s PMI Aspiring Leaders Program will take place on November 15, 2021. Participants will be treated to a unique experience aboard the USS Midway Museum in San Diego. In the morning, participants will get an exciting tour of the engine room, where they’ll explore how the raw power was generated to operate this “City at Sea” and learn what it was like to work in extraordinary conditions to fuel the aircraft carrier.

In the afternoon, former navel officer Dave Rosenberg, a leadership and tactical business specialist, will present “Locked on Leadership: The Secret to Self-Directed Teams.” Rosenberg will help participants learn new leadership tools and skills while he shares powerful exercises and compelling stories from his decades of leading teams both in the Navy and private sector.
