DiscoverE Seeks Input on the Future of Engineering

Engineers, technicians, and technologists are invited to take the second-annual Global Engineer Survey by DiscoverE as part of World Engineering Day, which will be celebrated on March 4, 2020. Formerly Global Day of the Engineer, DiscoverE’s World Engineering Day is now a joint venture with UNESCO and the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO). The mission of World Engineering Day is to ensure that people everywhere understand how engineers make the world a better place and to inspire future generations of innovators.

Ten survey participants will be randomly selected to receive a $50 gift card ($US). The survey is open until January 10, and the survey results will be released on World Engineering Day.

Established more than 30 years ago, DiscoverE works to ensure that people everywhere understand how engineers, technicians, and technologists make the world a better place and helps the engineering community to volunteer in their local schools and help young students discover engineering through programs such as Engineers Week, World Engineering Day, Girl Day, and the Future City competition.
