Delta Commercial, a leading manufacturer of commercial plumbing fixtures, introduces the Architectural™ Design Series. Developed to complement the current TECK® and HDF® product series, the Architectural™ Design Series is a new line of heavy commercial faucets, soap dispensers, and flush valves designed with residential style but commercial durability. The new series officially launched at the ASPE Expo in Indianapolis this month. Faucets are available now, with the rest of the series following in 2023.
“Aesthetic sacrifices are often made in heavily used commercial spaces, but that doesn’t have to be the case” says Marnee Colman, Senior Marketing Manager, North America Heavy Commercial Business for Delta Commercial. “Drawing on input from our customers and building on the success of our design-forward 620 series and our most popular residential finishes, we saw a demand for commercial fixtures that are as beautiful as they are reliable.”
The new collections are available in three styles allowing designers to create a bathroom as refined as the rest of the space, whether it calls for something geometric and angular, curved and modern, or elegant and classic. The styles are available in Chrome, Matte Black, Brilliance® Stainless, and Champagne Bronze®—finishes popular in Delta’s residential collections.
With the new Architectural™ Design Series, property owners will be able to tie the entire room together with coordinating faucets, soap dispensers, wall-mount flush valves, and drains built from the same philosophy of heavy-duty durability.
Featured Technology
- The flush valves include touch-free H2Optics® Technology, for ease of use without the common interferences that make sensors malfunction (i.e., dark clothing, reflections, sunlight).
- The faucets and soap dispensers feature Proximity® Sensing Technology, a unique Delta Commercial innovation that transforms the whole faucet into a touch-free sensor, allowing the user to turn on the water by simply placing a hand near the body, ultimately making the product more vandal-resistant.
- Another element that is new to the Delta Commercial offering through this series is the Mikado spray—a unique grid-like spray pattern that takes water experience to a new level.
With sustainability top of mind in commercial spaces, Delta Commercial offers an array of water-efficient flow rates from 0.35 gpm (1.3 L/min) to 1.0 gpm (3.8 L/min), helping to keep operational costs down at a time where costs are going up across the board for property owners.
