With energy efficiency being one of the four decarbonization pillars in the U.S. Department of Energy’s Industrial Decarbonization Roadmap, the goal of achieving a low-carbon economy and attaining carbon neutrality is possible with the use of radiant heating and cooling, hydronic hot water heating, and chilled-water systems. On December 21, 2023, at noon CST, guest speaker Hailey Mick will explain how a thoughtfully designed hydronic system can provide a compelling solution for comfort, efficiency, and indoor environment quality (IEQ) benefits.
The webinar will cover:
- How hydronic-based and radiant systems support decarbonization efforts
- Design and architectural considerations for new construction and renovations
- Engineering resources for specification and design support
