CSA Group Prioritizes Safety and Well-Being

The President and CEO of CSA Group, David Weinstein, issued this letter regarding COVID-19:

“Since its founding, CSA Group has been an organization dedicated to health and safety. As the health impact of COVID-19 is being felt around the globe, we have implemented a number of measures to protect the well-being of our employees and our customers—and the communities in which they live and work. These measures will have an impact on the way CSA Group operates for at least the next several weeks.

“In short, until at least April 14 we are continuing to operate our testing labs while allowing all non-lab staff to work from home. We have temporarily suspended factory inspections, special inspections, and field evaluations. Consistent with many companies around the world, we are not visiting customer sites—nor are we accepting visitors at CSA Group facilities during this period.

“We are mindful of the fact that you are counting on us to complete your certification projects on time—and with the high levels of communication and service delivery you have come to expect from CSA Group. I would like to assure you that we remain committed to this goal, even as we adjust to these temporary changes.

“As always, you can communicate with your CSA Group contacts through phone and email. If you are unable to reach your usual contact or are new to working with us, you can also contact us using our toll-free number at 866-797-4272 or by email at [email protected]. Our teams will be monitoring these contact points and will get back to you as soon as possible.

“Thank you for your understanding and for your trust and confidence in CSA Group.  We remain committed to your success and hope that you, your families, and your colleagues stay safe during this challenging time.”
