CIPH Announces New Program Manager

The Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating (CIPH) President and General Manager Ralph Suppa is pleased to announce that Therese Kasongo joined the CIPH team as a Program Manager on October 1, 2019. She will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the activities of CIPH’s Plumbing & Mechanical Advisory Council (PMAC) and the Canadian Hydronics Council (CHC).

“We are delighted to welcome Therese to the CIPH team. She brings a strong member approach in both official languages along with enthusiasm to ensure that the mission and vision of these key CIPH Councils move forward in this ever fast paced changing industry that we serve,” reports Ralph Suppa.

Therese graduated with an Honors Bachelor Degree in Science (HBSc.) from the University of Toronto, with a Major in Health Studies and a double Minor in Medical Anthropology and Psychology. Therese brings forth experience within the not-for-profit association working alongside various associations and committees with a background focusing on member services and professional development with her recent stop at the Interior Designers of Canada, she is also bilingual speaking both English and French.
