Caleffi North America has announced their new Regional Sales Manager, Shannon Yancey. She will focus on the Southwest United States sales region and is based in Houston. Shannon has worked in the heating, cooling, refrigeration, and plumbing industries for over 20 years. She joined ASPE in 2017 and is a member of ASPE’s Houston Chapter. She also serves as the Membership Committee Co-chair for the Houston ASHRAE Chapter.
“I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves and help out. In the past, I’ve had to help rebuild pumps in the field to make sure a customer was comfortable with the procedure,” said Shannon. “I’m a very technical person. I like to understand the ins-and-outs of a product in order to help problem-solve with customers.”
“We are pleased to expand our sales team, increasing support in the Southwest plumbing and hydronic markets including manufacturers’ rep firms, wholesalers, engineers, and contractors,” said Roger Corrente, Caleffi Director of Sales. “Shannon’s industry knowledge, along with her drive and enthusiasm, will help her provide world-class support in her territory.”
Before joining Caleffi, Shannon worked as a Senior District Sales Manager in the Domestic Building Services division at Grundfos. She held multiple roles at Grundfos over the last six years, building on her knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial fluid-handling applications. Prior to Grundfos, she worked at Carrier and a large HVAC and plumbing contractor on the East Coast.
