ASHRAE recognized the outstanding achievements and contributions of members to the Society and the built environment industry during an Honors and Awards program at the 2022 Annual Conference in Toronto, and two ASPE members were among those honored.
Maggie Moninski, PE, a Senior Mechanical Engineer with SINGH + Associates in Chicago, received a Distinguished Service Award, which salutes members of any grade who have served ASHRAE faithfully and with distinction and who have given freely of their time and talent in chapter, regional, and national activities. Maggie joined ASPE last year and is a member of the Chicago Chapter.
Devin A. Abellon, PE, Business Development Manager – Engineering Services of Uponor North America in Apple Valley, Minnesota, received an Exceptional Service Award, which recognizes Distinguished Service Award recipients who have continued to serve faithfully and with exemplary effort. Devin joined ASPE in 2011 and has been a frequent speaker at local and national ASPE events.
