On February 6-7 in Phoenix, ASPE is hosting our popular Basic Plumbing Design II workshop.
Building off our Basic Plumbing Design I class, we will continue with a more in-depth look at a complete building design. It is essential when designing a building that we not only drill down into the detail, but that we also take a step back and see a global view of our building in relationship with all other trades. As plumbing engineers and designers, we are tasked with providing code-compliant, well-planned, and thought-out plumbing systems that protect the health and welfare of the public and that are owner and maintenance friendly.
This class will put pen to paper. We will lay out basic plumbing systems, size these systems, calculate and size the equipment, and coordinate with the architectural layout, structural elements of the building, and other trades inside and outside the building.
It is not required to have taken Basic Plumbing Design I course. This course is happening just prior to the CPD Review Class at the same location.
