Effective May 1, 2020: Any chapters who wish to schedule their chapter meeting via ASPE Education must complete this form no later than 15 business days ahead of time. There is not sufficient time if you complete the form below <15 business days ahead of time to release meeting information. If this form is completed less than 15 business days ahead of the scheduled meeting date and time the chapter will be contacted to push your proposed meeting back to a later date.
To confirm that there are no other conflicts with other chapters or live events, please visit the Upcoming Events calendar page to ensure another chapter meeting or event isn't being held at your desired date and time. (Please schedule your meeting on the hour/half hour mark.) If you're not logged in to ASPE Education prior to viewing the calendar page, the times are defaulted to Central Time (US/Canada).
Effective September 1, 2020: ASPE Chapter meetings are held via Zoom Meeting (previously held via Zoom Webinar). Chapter meetings scheduled in August 2020 are still on Zoom Webinar but going forward all meetings are set up as Zoom Meeting. Once staff processes your chapter request you'll be sent instructions and a link to share for registration. The host MUST be on 15 Minutes before scheduled zoom time. Attendees will launch the meeting via ASPE Education and they'll be directed to Zoom. Meeting IDs are not shared to ensure attendance is being tracked on ASPE Education.
