2020 ASPE Convention & Expo Is Cancelled
ASPE has been monitoring developments regarding the coronavirus pandemic during the past few months as it relates to the entire country, the State of Louisiana, and the City of New Orleans.
Given current limitations on travel, the recommendations regarding mass gatherings, and our concern for the health and safety of the ASPE community, we have decided to cancel the 2020 ASPE Convention & Expo event in New Orleans.
ASPE has been a leader in providing connections, education, and a global marketplace for the plumbing industry, and we plan to continue to provide you with those benefits as we move forward with our future planning and development process.
The Society recommends monitoring the 2020 ASPE Convention & Expo website (expo.aspe.org), social media channels, and future press releases for updates and notifications.

REGISTRATION REFUNDS
For all paid registrations, your registration fee will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
If you booked within the official ASPE hotel block, we will be cancelling your reservation with the hotel. No action is needed, and no charges were applied to your credit card. If you did not book within the official ASPE hotel block, you will need to call and cancel directly with the hotel where the reservation was booked. WILL ASPE STILL HAVE EDUCATION SESSIONS?
The Society is investigating other opportunities to provide the educational sessions to the membership to provide the continuing education units that our members value most. Please look for upcoming emails from ASPE and updates to our website for further details as they have been determined.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE ASPE BUSINESS MEETING?
The 2020 ASPE Business Meeting will proceed as an online event on September 12-13. The biennial ASPE Business Meeting is vital to handle the business of the society and elect new ASPE officers. Information will be sent directly to all delegates and updated information on the delegate website.

2020 ASPE CONVENTION & EXPO EXHIBITOR BOOTH SPACE/SPONSORSHIP PAID FEES
If you plan to exhibit at ASPE 2022 in Indianapolis, we would be happy to move your commitment to 2022. ASPE recognizes that situations are different for every company. If you are unable to participate in 2022, a full refund will be issued. Cancelling a show of this size takes time. Thank you for your patience and be assured that a member of our Exhibit Team will be in touch with you.
2022 ASPE CONVENTION & EXPO EXHIBIT SPACE SELECTION
We will send information and conduct online booth selection for the 2022 ASPE Convention & Expo soon. Exhibitors will be contacted in booth selection priority point order to select their booth space. The 2022 ASPE Convention & Expo will take place at the Indiana Convention Center, September 17-21, 2022.
FREEMAN ORDERS
If you placed orders with Freeman, they will contact you directly. Freeman will not accept shipments at the advance warehouse. Contact your shipping company to make arrangements for redirecting shipments and/or other storage options.
CONVENTION CENTER ORDERS
All electrical, plumbing, and internet orders placed through the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center will automatically be cancelled by the convention center exhibit services team, and their finance department will issue a refund. If you have additional questions, the convention center services team can be reached at [email protected].
LEAD RETRIEVAL ORDERS
Contact your sales representative at Compusystems for refunds.
