Sorry its 25 psi I'm missing, not 16psi. but on further thought. It takes 77.94psi just to get to the highest level and from there I need 20psi at the outlet. so 77.94 + 20psi = 97.94psi adding in the friction head loss 26.25 (26.25+97.94 = 124.19) It's stated that the head loss throught the PRV at pump is 5ft. Adding this 124.19 + 5 =129.19.

But shouln't the 5ft be converted into psi which would be 2.165psi, then I would have 124.19 + 2.165 =126.355. A simple error would be that the 5ft. should have been 5psi, this would make sense to me and no problems here.

Old CIPE Exam Review Book

Use 0.433 psi/foot of elevation, not 0.443.  Also, use 25 psi for the end pressure required (at the flush valve) instead of 20 psi.
