“He’s there naman for the kids. Once in a while he calls. Maganda naman ang relationship namin ngayon and he talks to the kids. Mga one month ago, they Skyped. He’s very busy, he travels a lot, but once he has time, he calls the kids and he makes sure that his presence is felt,” she said.

Gutierrez’s marriage to the Turkish businessman has been annulled last February. The custody of their two children, Lorin and Venice, was awarded to Gutierrez.

Meanwhile, Gutierrez said she loves being a single mother.

“As a matter of fact, I welcome it. I love it and if I can only have another baby na walang tatay, I would do it. For me having children and taking care of them is not a sacrifice because I enjoy doing it,” she said.

Gutierrez said she thanks the Lord for giving her job opportunities so she can raise her daughters well.
