Please read
the following information carefully.
This form

- References:
Fill in the names and addresses of three (3) individuals
who are in the engineering profession. They do not have
to be ASPE members, but where possible, it is preferred.
ASPE reserves the right to contact these

- Dues
Payment:
Option 1: Pick the appropriate membership classification
below and send the correct dues with this application. In
the event the membership classification is changed by the
Society, a corrected dues statement (or dues overpayment
refund) will be sent with your notice of election. July
1st is the start of the Society's dues year, and dues are
based on that period. All dues must be paid in U.S.
Dollars.
Membership status is obtained only after dues have been
received and the applicant is notified of his/her
election to membership. Payment of dues does not
automatically confer the membership classification
chosen.
Option 2: In lieu of full payment of membership dues a
$20.00 Application Fee may accompany this application
(all fees must be paid in U.S. Dollars). One half of the
Application Fee ($10.00) will be credited to the
applicant's initial dues, upon election to membership.
Exception: For those applying for student membership, the
Application Fee is $10.00 which will be fully credited to
the Applicants initial dues, upon election to
membership.
A membership dues statement will be sent to you with your
notice of election. July 1st is the start of the
Society's fiscal year, and dues are based on that period.
Membership status is obtained only after dues have been
received, and the applicant is so notified. Election does
not constitute membership. Note: Upon election, dues must
be received by the Society within thirty (30) days;
otherwise, the application for membership is
automatically deemed cancelled by the applicant. All dues
must be paid in U.S. Dollars.
